At Reiwatakiya UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your J-beauty and K-beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the beauty products are in their original, unopened condition and place them securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return package using a tracked shipping service to our UK warehouse address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
